Chiefs and Buccaneers to Duke it Out in Super Bowl LV
January 25, 2021
The stage is set for the 55th Super Bowl in the wake of the playoffs, and the two teams that will be up against each other are the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This matchup comes as a slight surprising, seeing as it had the Buccaneers beat out first seed Green Bay Packers for the spot. However, the support of Tom Brady and his typical unstoppable Super Bowl march was surely a contributing factor. The Chiefs played to their rank though and expectedly beat out the Buffalo Bills.
Super Bowl LV will be held on February 7th and starts at 6:30 pm. Interestingly enough, the Buccaneers will have a home field advantage, as the game is being played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. They’re the first team to have this in the Super Bowl since 1966.
